Thanks Jiffy Lube for your excellence service, got my oil change and tire rotation all at a timely manner.
Came in for an oil change, got convinced to get a tire rotation... left with a stripped stud and missing lugnut. Didn’t charge me for the tire rotation and sent me across town to jiffy lube on San Pedro without giving them a heads up. Now I’m at this jiffy lube and their mechanic is off. Now I’m being sent to another location on the other side of town another 15 minutes away. They didn’t even offer me a discount on my $105 oil change for the inconvenience, since they damaged my tire on the same service order. The staff ... read more
