Thanks Jiffy Lube for your excellence service, got my oil change and tire rotation all at a timely manner.
Came in for an oil change, got convinced to get a tire rotation... left with a stripped stud and missing lugnut. Didn’t charge me for the tire rotation and sent me across town to jiffy lube on San Pedro without giving them a heads up. Now I’m at this jiffy lube and their mechanic is off. Now I’m being sent to another location on the other side of town another 15 minutes away. Beware! I was charged $87.25 for an oil change on a Volvo. Since the price seemed high for an oil change, I called the Volvo dealership and they charge $65 for an oil change with the same type of oil. I think they took advantage of the fact that I am a female with a nice car. I would suggest if you are using this location that you call ahead of time and get a quote.
