Great experience as always, knowledgeable, fast and efficient
I have been a customer at this location for many years. The young man who greeted me when I pulled in, secured me a bay position right away. The other young man who checked me out when my service was done was very knowledgeable, helpful, quick and courteous. I hope both employees get recognition for their customer service and learn well to receive peotions in the future.
Ive never encountered a business so dishonest and so incompetent. They lost the hub cap to my truck when they rotated the tires. I took my tacoma in for a standard oil change. Luke was the worker who managed my cars service. Luke said they would order me another one, he would call me when it got in. I called several times over 2 months. I was told over and over it had been ordered and Luke would call me. They never called or reimbursed me. They lied to me over and over again on the phone when I called.
