these people are dumb as a box of rocks. they have no clue what they are doing. top it off they are slow as hell. taking there sweet time. i was the only car in the bay an they took 20 mins to change my oil.. oil folks nothing else. they need to get people in there that know what they are doing an that have a fire under there butts.
The old man sucks all the customers change then dumps at back of store to put in his pocket. Was next door getting work done on my car. I was there all day and could not believe what was going on at Jiffy Lube. This old man likes to take a lot of breaks to go to back of store smoking some type of pipe or he has a joint. Where is management. He is wearing a red shirt so look out he is management.
