I’ve been coming here for years, used to get great service but the last 4 to 5 visits have been anything but pleasant. One time they left my oil cap off and tried to blame me at the next visit, one time they stripped my oil filter and tried to blame me like I did it, two times they left screws out of my panel on the bottom of my car, and I had to come back because it was flapping in the wind. No problems, been using them for over a year. Can take a bit longer, if someone ahead of you is getting more done.
They took 1hr 1/2 and was told they don’t know how to work on my car? When putting everything back they broke the filter cap and when I got home my driveway was full of oil.. the only solution was to take it to another jiffy lube because in this location theirs no certified mechanics...lost 4 hours and they think it’s fix.. horrible place, their price is the same as the dealership..the only reason I took it here was because of time... never again...
I just had the worst customer service expericne ever!! My tire went flat and I pulled in and ask if they changed tires I was told no, they only did tire rotation. I went back to my car to call roadside assistance but my phone went dead while I was placing the call. I went back to the jiffy lube and ask if I could use their phone to make a call?
