Good morning D'Evelyn I have yet to hear from Kenya on this matter. At this time maybe his supervisor could call me to discuss my experience. I have attached some photos for your review. Here are my issues: 1: Why did our employee ask me to pay $3 to fill an empty anti freeze 2: Why when he was told I had 2 containers in trunk, he did not offer to refill 3: How come after paying for signature service, I had to go home and not only fill antifreeze, I also had to fill wiper fluid. Came in late Sunday afternoon. Waited only 15 minutes for my car. to get into a bay. My oil was changed, oil & air filter & they even vacuumed my car & washed the windows! I was done in less.than 45 minutes total! Friendly, courteous & very knowledgeable mechanics! Will definitely be going back! Very fair pricing!
While visiting Jiffy Lube in Farmingdale New York Lou manager was exceptionally awesome I would give you guys five stars for sure
