Manny, Juan & Kia were amazing! They made my oil change quick and hassle-free, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. They also took the time to explain what services my car needed, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a great experience overall. I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!
My daughter brought my other daughter’s car here for an oil change since I’ve been too busy to do it myself and she was taken advantage of. She asked for a basic oil change and the employee charged her for the most expensive option they have available. $148 for an oil change on a small Scion is absolutely absurd. I have work trucks and personal trucks and never in my life have I ever paid such a high amount for an oil change. This place rips people off. Take your car elsewhere.
Service was quick. I made a faux-pas when they showed me the air filter, and I always think, can't we just knock some of the dust off this, and I hit it a little in the store over the carpet, and made a bit of a mess. They were not happy about that and I offered to vacuum, but it was not that big of a deal. It was $85 for the most basic oil change possible. I'd give it 5 stars if it were about $60. Maybe this whole war situation is affecting oil across the board, but it feels like one should be able to do this for about $50.... read more
