Asked them not to remove cabinet filter and even had it in the notes for my vehicle. Service manager was very flipped about the fact that they probably missed it when they were doing the service no apologies. No attempt to give me a discount just brushed me off. They used to vacuum the floors and check your air tire pressure, but none of that was done today. Very disappointed in this Location
