Your full synthetic oil is great but will it really last me another 365,000 miles?
Came in after getting multiple expensive and conflicting diagnoses from other shops (including being told I might need a full transmission replacement). The team here took a more practical approach, replaced spark plugs, filters, and did a transmission fluid service. Was quick and friendly
My info in their system was completely wrong. The person they waited on me was having a personal conversation n speaker phone and then he had me enter my info in their computer system. After the oil change they also forgot to tighten down a bolt to my engine filer box. The cap to the windshield fluid container wasn’t put on all the way. They also left the plastic piece to the positive battery terminal laying on top of my battery.
