The worst manager in history! He declined to service my car from sitting in his own car in the lot and sent over another employee to tel me I have a knocking coming from my car( there is no knocking even the employee admitted there was no knocking) still declined services from his car!!!!!!!!
Ive tried calling 8 times in the last 2 days. It just keeps ringing and ringing. My fiance came in to get her oil changed on November 1st. Someone there convinced her that she needed a "fuel system cleaning"... Needless to say, her Traverse is now throwing multiple codes for fuel related issues and is idling very rough. I will be in touch with the corporate office soon.
