The worst. They replaced my oil filter and screwed it on so tight that my car leaked oil for days…took it to the dealer and they found the housing was mangled and ripped causing the filter to not fit flush. Replacing this part has cost me $800. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ALSO LEFT A RAG ON MY ENGINE THAT NOBODY NOTICED WHEN I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER JIFFY LUBE TO FIX THE LEAK…WHICH THEY DIDN’T DO. Great experience from start to finish: oil change was fairly quick for a Saturday. The technician noted all fluid (brake, transmission, wiper) levels were checked and good. He suggested the recommended oil type (full synthetic) for my Jeep (consistent w/what my owner’s manual says.) I opted for full synthetic; although it costs more, it’s higher quality than the blend and allows for longer time between oil changes. My Jeep is happy!
