Thank you to Steven, Alexis, and Nick! I came in because I needed a quick oil change and was hearing a weird noise. I was coming to northern Chicago to visit my sibling and I was worried about my long journey home. I found out what was happening to my car and they made it safe for me to head home! With all the knowledge I was given I will be a better car consumer and I felt I was really taken care of! Go see these guys! They will take care of you! �

So, I went in for routine oil change and a minute later asked me how to open the hood to my car. I walk out there to see what they were talking about and they have pulled the cable out from where you pop the hood of your car!!!! They have somehow disconnected the cable that supposed to unlatch the hood of my car from within my car!! Then they tell I have to go somewhere to else to get it fix!! I am beyond furious! I got my oil changed in April and went back today to get it changed. I was standing there when they opened my hood. The guy who changed my oil left a RAG in my engine! Seriously? Who trained these guys. I am so lucky that there was not a fire or that my car wasn't destroyed. I don't think I'll be using this company again unless I hear from someone higher up. Will have to tell my friends about the carelessness of Jiffy Lube in Arlington Heights
It's a good oil change but they quote you on a price after they take the oil out of your car and it is only then that you realize that you can do it by yourself on a cold Chicago day and buy a case of nice beer and feel like you got a better deal. Woof I was bamboozled!
