Last time I went in some pimpled face kid told Me I was using wrong kind of oil for my car... every mechanic I talked to from then on told me nothing was required of my Honda. It was a scare tactic to upsell me. Then he told me I needed to replace my roters and brake pads... only needed to replace my brake pads roters were fine. I watched a lady pay out 600 dollars in that place for work she probably didn’t need done. Don’t trust these kids they will rob you blind.
I have been visiting this location for 7 years and it is consistent in great customer service and professionalism from a well knowledge team.
Unless you have a lot of extra time, money to spend and like to fix hack jobs don't go here. How does a store stay open when they try to charge you double for a service that takes three times the length it should, not complete the service you paid for leaving you on your own to go to a different store and spend your money again to have it done right, all which ended up wasting a days worth of your time because you have absolutely nothing better to with your time right? The Absolute Best Service Anywhere – I have had my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube now for 6 years. I am always left feeling as if I am being treated like royalty. What is different about this place is that from the moment you drive up, there is always a smiling person there to greet you and instruct you as to which stall to use. Great Service for over 15 years – Like usual on these sites someone goes on and gives a bad review. I have been serviced by Jiffy Lube in St. Charles for almost 15 years and they do an outstanding job. None of the employees at this location are 16 years old.
