@jiffylube your employee Kayla at your oak lawn IL location just stripped my oil nut on my 2015 charger! Left my oil cap on top of my car! And left my radiator cap loosened. The cap came flying off my car as I left your location. I went back in to the store to tell Kayla about her mistakes and ask her what else they touched on my car. She called me white boy and told me to leave her store or she was calling the cops on me. My car could have blown up!!!! #wgn @WGNNews #jiffylube

Worst service ever-tried selling parts that weren't need AND said they do NOT offer police discount bc they aren't police supporters!
