HORRIBLE one star only because 0 stars is not possible... horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone! They were extremely rude and rushed me. I never got complete answers, almost as if they were annoyed by me.
I went to get my oil changed at this location. The service person, or should I say lack of service person was extremely rude. He asked me if I used synthetic oil and I was not sure so I wanted to check the manual. I had never been asked this before when having my oil changed. He walked away shaking his head waiting for me to check my manual. I decided to leave rather than take his rudeness. I would never go there again. Jiffy Lube I went to Jiffy Lude as a recommendation from a family member. I was very diasappointed at my visit thought and will not return as a customer there. The people that worked there were very rude. They talked down to me and I assume because I am a woman, and they treated me as if I were a child. They did not even assess my car, I was basically pushed out the door and I am not even sure why. Women need to avoid! This place sees women as money making targets. They ask you if you want something extra done to your car - like spray the battery, and then not tell you that it will cost you an extra $10.00 to do so. You don't find out the hidden extra chargest until you pay and then it is too late.
