A great big THANK YOu to Ken and his team! My daughter is away from home for the first time and going to UC. A small issue came up with her car this morning. I'm not located in Ohio and has never been to a Jiffy Lube before so i didn't know who to contact. The Jiffy Lube on Cooper was the second place I called. I spoke to Ken who was very reassuring.
