Fast but expensive
On January 17 2026 I got an oil change at your Clark Road Sarasota FL location. I had been there few times before. I went to your Bethel road location in Columbus Ohio today to get my oil change . I arrived and told them what I wanted and they began performing their work. After about 10 minutes they told me that the previous oil change tightened the oil filter so tight they could not loosen it.
