Work nights so wanted early oil change. Arrived at 7:50, so I was 1st in line waiting for doors to open at 8. Employee's arrived shortly thereafter and went to the other side of building and smoked, coming in once but even though they saw me,never acknowledged me until I finally drove off at 8:15. Doors never opened and no one bothered to come explain to me the delay. Went elsewhere.
