The manager on duty today gave me the worse customer service. She greeting me with an unpleasant look and her tone with me was the worst! All I wanted was an oil change. She got perturbed with me because I didn't know which oil I use in my car. I'm showed her the sticker from my last oil change and she hunched her shoulders and told me that she didn't know what kind it is. She offered no further assistance!
