The first time my husband took the car in to get an oil change, they lost two screws which caused the cover to collapse, drag on the road, and oil to leak. I went back to have them fix it, and they said they replaced the screws. However, my daughter and I are in a parking lot in 95 degree weather, waiting for a tow truck to take it back to Jiffy Lube to fix, because the same thing happened.
Excellent speedy service
I use to work for this company and i know what they should be doing. Was any of it done. Nope.
Good for doing inspection, real fast, and free coffee.
$100 for an oil change that was supposed to include window washing, floor vacuuming, and tire inflation and got none. Did not realize this until I was gone and check the receipt. Not to mention none of them could drive manual so I had to pull the car in myself.
