Horrible Manners The woman, I believe her name is Nina, was extremely rude. The oil change was done very quickly, which is a plus, but the way she handled my vehicle is questionable. I will never go to this Jiffy Lube again.

Avoid Jiffy Lube Cross Creek Mall I've been to the Cross Creek Mall Jiffy Lube a few times and every time they don't fill up all the fluids that they say they would and this last time they didn't tighten up the bolt that holds the oil and it flew off on I-95 coming back from Florida. We lost all our oil on the highway! My husband does the changing now and also found that they didn't even tighten the oil filter, it was loose.
very courteous They were very nice and professional. they pulled the car up for us and held the door. couldn't ask for better service. the high milage oil cost more, but i know it will be good for my vehicle in the long run.
Quick service Jiffy Lube is my favorite place to take my vehicles for that hurry up,right now oil change. They give top quality service in a jiffy! Oil changes may be their specialty but thay do offer other services as well so if you are in a hurry and want a quality service than go to Jiffy Lube!
