Jiffy Lube overfilled our oil by 2-3 quarts causing our engine to seize up. They are now saying that sludge and an internal leak cause the engine to seize up. ( how they know this , I do not know since the adjuster basically just opened the hood and look at the engine). The car was running great before the oil change. Beware Inspections (Bad Manager) – They would not pass my inspection because cracked reflector on my bumper. The guy inspecting my car told me to take it somewhere else because of the manager there was bad and would not pass it. They sill charged me $23.75 for not passing. I when right down the road to another Jiffy Lube and they passed it. Inspector there said they should have passed it at the other Jiffy Lube place.

Bad Service – This has to be the worst place to go for an oil change. Both my sister and I have gone there for their over-priced oil change. After her first trip, we found her front passenger tire more than 10 lbs under inflated immediately after they allegedly checked her tire pressure. Today, we went (why, I don't know) and didn't get all the services included in the premium oil change (e.g., vacuum floors, etc.) and they had the nerve to mark it "completed" on the receipts.
