I went to get an oil change and they messed something else on my car
Went today to stop a car off the an oil change. Came back an hour later and they did a state inspection..... explained that I asked for an oil change.... the “manager” kindly said he would charge me for an inspection..... clearly..... drove my crank kids around for $10 minutes to come back to an $80 oil change bill..... after a $15 discount. Crooks and not the brightest crayons in the box..... we will never return and since they put synthetic in my car I know have to keep o… See more

Very unprofessional. Horrible work. Does not train employees properly. We had $1,700 worth of work done on our business vehicle. The technicians who worked on our vehicle (their Jacksonville N.C. location) caused numerous damages. They agreed to pay for the mechanic and damages for the coolant and returned the money we paid to have the coolant done originally.
