I bought 2 oil changes get one free a year ago. I went to use the 3rd one and it had expired by one day. The manager told me there was nothing he could do and gave me an email address to reach out to them. I emailed them 2c and with no response. I called back to jiffy to see if he would honor it and he said no. I took my truck to another oil change place and they advised me whoever changed it last has stripped out the oil plug where it needed to be drilled out.
