RecommendedWe had a great experience. They took care of maintenance items on my vehicle and my daughter’s vehicle. They were very courteous, very detailed in their consultation and very thorough. The work was completed swiftly and we were back on the road in no time at all. We will definitely return in the future!

***EDIT*** The District Manager contacted me directly to handle the situation. He initially offered a gift card, but ended up issuing a full refund. Thankful that the issue was handled quickly and professionally. Great customer service. I wish I could give them a good review, because the service was good. I have gone here for every oil change over the past couple of years. The last oil change they completed, I was told my rear brakes needed to be replaced. However, my rear brakes and rotors were all new, less than 4 months old. Have not and will not go back after this. Not to mention my last oil change they also did not screw in the oil filter and all the oil ran back out of my vehicle. Terrible service.
