left leaking – Just came from this shop for an oil change. Pulled into my driveway and in less than five minutes had a puddle of oil under my vehicle. Don't know whether it was just sloppy work and spilled oil within the under carriage OR the attendant left my oil filter loose. I specifically mentioned that I've had problems with mechanics (??) leaving the oil filter loose during oil changes which causes leaking oil. Ironic Name – I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change on Sunday. The technician told me and another car that it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes until they would get to change our oil. I left immediatly. It was not the wait time but the guy OBVIOUSLY did not want to change oil in my car. I was afraid of what they might do if I decided to get my oil changed. He just kept saying how understaffed they were. I am new to Roanoke and looking around, I think there are enough oil change places without going to Jiffy Lube.
