Worst experience I have ever had in my 25 years of owning a car. One hour wait before they even pulled my car in and checked me in. 30 minutes later they tell me they do t have the battery I need, when I told them when I pulled in that was what I needed and they said no problem. Then, they lost my oil plug, but offered to put tape on it since they couldn’t find a replacement. Now they are taking apart my engine to look for the plug and I am really concerned it won’t be put together correctly afterward. Still here waiting.
I had two vehicles oil changed on two separate occasions. Each time they said “we don’t have enough oil on hand, but we have this policy that you can come back and get topped off for free” how terrible is that customer service? We don’t have enough oil? You’re an oil change location and I had two very basic cars. F150 and a prius. Fed up with these jokers. Came back and had to wait 45 minutes to get a top off. Never again!!!
