David, Tory and the crew at Jiffy Lube, 10381 Sliding Hill Rd, went above and beyond to make sure I was "good to go" for a 2-day roadtrip down to Florida, see my youngest graduate high school. Highly recommend you take your car or truck to get serviced by these professionals up near (VCC) Ashland, VA!!
Went there for an oil change and they did more work than what the car originally needed and the cost of it was nearly double the amount of an oil change. My car was a fleet vehicle and their reasoning was it was approved by the fleet without asking me the driver for authorization. They are trying to take advantage of people and don’t even care.
The employees that work here are very professional and personable.
This Jiffy Lube is a really great place. They are professional, respectful of your time, in addition they are really polite and caring, making you know they appreciate your business. Lastly, they will mention different services available but leave it at that. An example- I ask them to check my brakes and let me know they were in great shape. No attention needed.
Friendly staff, good service, quick and timely. Only thing to dock them on is I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the RVA area and they had more waiting amenities like a TV and snacks. Not a necessity by any means.
