messed up my car..BIG TIME....BEWARE I went to jiffy lube to get my oil changed, i also needed to get the transmission fluid changed. first they used the wrong type of fluid, went back they changed the fluid again . when i drive my car it loses power and the gears slip, they said it was their fault and located a new transmission. the next day JIM SMITH general manager called and said they were not at fault and too bad, for me. so now i have a car that needs a new transmission, and cannot drive. jiffy lube will do nothing abo... read more
Very Fast I don't know much about cars but this is definetly not an intimidating lube shop. They get you in and out and on the road very quickly. I have used them repeatedly and have been very happy! They must have a huge turn around here because the staff are always different and very impersonal. For an oil change they fit the bill.
More like Junky Lube Took car in for a routine oil change and while they were topping off fluids, they filled the radiator w/ transmission fluid, rendering my heating system useless (and making the car smell oddly like yogurt). Complained, and they said they'd fix it, took the car in ... and it wasn't fixed. Happened again. Finally took it to my own mechanic and had Jiffy Lube pay the bill. It's fixed now (six months later). Obviously won't be returning EVER. PROS: CONS: They broke my car
RecommendedFriendly and fast service. Never been to Jiffy lube before .Very happy with my service I will be going back again.
I would give them zero stars but I cant. Went in for an oil change and they used some big words to force us into believing we needed to purchase a 100 dollar engine cleaner for "engine butter" on our Chevy that has 38,000 miles. We said ok thinking this was for the best. Did some quick research on the subject to find out it was not needed at all. Immediately ran out to say we didn't want it. I only go here. the guys get it done and they are super friendly. I wasn't due for a change but I was a quart low. They took care of me.
I went to a doorknob enterprises jiffy lube and the oil plug fell out of my car 32 miles down the road. They left me high and dry on the resulting $4,900 engine rebuild bill. What a joy it's been to work with them.
I personally will never go near this place again. They over charged me and probably put in the wrong transmission fluid. Now my transmission is ruined and all corporate did was find any way they could to put the blame back on me. Over the years jiffy lube has been busted on television doing similar things to other customers This is only my personal opinion and I’m not telling anyone what to do.
