Came in for an oil change and inspection and left really impressed! The three employees who helped us were awesome, friendly, helpful, and made the whole visit stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about customers. Kudos to Meggan, Blaze, and Allen.

They lied they did not change my oil, they were completely unprofessional, co-workers are insulting each other at work in front of customers, employees are too angry to do the job properly. The last time I went to Jiffy Lube I almost died in a car fire 2 weeks after changing my oil. I went to Walmart never had that problem, I come back after year of almost dying and this. If you don't give me my money back I will file a lawsuit. The dashboard oil signal still lights, I have evidence that oil was not change, there is no leaks... read more
