I’m giving a 2 rating because the Pittsfield location is correcting all the issues created in Chicopee. Air filter was not installed correctly and check engine light came on. I corrected this myself. Now the oil filter wasn’t installed correctly and all the oil leaked out. 105 miles and low oil light. Mark is solid at this locale.
Needed a bathroom, four other places turned me away before coming here
Made me wait over an hour wasting gas running my car just to tell me they don't have the equipment to work on my car. IT'S A HONDA ACCORD. How can you not have equipment to work on a HONDA?
When it comes to professionalism and the cost of labor, Valvoline has them beat! Sat over 40 minutes while they completed an oil change. Watched as they had full-blown conversation with one another that had nothing to do with my service. To make matters worse, they did not check my car properly. Valvoline has always made sure as a courtesy to check all my vehicle lights and battery power and remove oil engine light from the vehicle after a completed service. None of this was done at Jiffy's.
