When to Chicopee Jiffy Lube ,the service employee was rude, yelling at me and was disrespecting ,I have stop him and tell him to stop and just change the oil of the car .Spoke with the manager and the Manager apologize to me and told me that he going to talk to him, Even a lady that was in the waiting room notice it and told that why he was yelling at me. The manager was really polite and understand and apologize again .just i don't want to this happens to another person
