highly over priced for simple oil change
Very disappointed on how the company treats long term employees. The Manager of many years was recently fired. He was an excellent manager, jumping in all the time to help get customers seen in timely fashion. always willing to help. had top numbers for budgets, won awards for best in flagstaff, won company awards for great management and then they up and fire the manager who helped this location with its ranking and status. I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. Took my car there on Friday before driving to Las Vegas. On my way home my warning light came on and said I had 15% oil life left. I took my car back today and they reset the oil light but refused to put any more oil in but acknowledged my oil was “low but within driving range” I said why should it be low I had it changed 3 days ago and he said “maybe you’ve developed a leek since then!!! REALLY!?! Don’t ever go here they won’t actually change your oil!
DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFYLUBE!!! I regularly attended this JiffyLube for 3 years and never had a problem until this last experience.. they had communicated with me that everything looked great and my fluids were topped off as I was leaving. When I got gas I popped my hood to doube check and it look like a complete disaster under my hoood!!! Corroded antifreeze spewed everywhere and all fluid levels were down. Great customer service, competitive prices and my vehicle was done very quickly. Wesley and everyone else I spoke with here were very friendly and helpful. I will be using this place for all of my future oil changes.
If I could give no stars I would. I have had multiple negative experiences here. Was hoping this last visit would change things, it got worse. If they tell you there is anything wrong with your car, ask to see it before letting them fix (i.e. Corrosion on battery or perhaps low fluid level for coolant). I would also do a walk through of your vehicle before and after getting your it serviced, checking fluid levels as well. Charged my wife 139 bucks for an oil change and air filter what a f**king rip off they know they are W screwing people left and right with thier crappy expensive service
