Big shout out to the crew at Jiffy Lube Chesterton for NOT providing me service. I'm serious. What I thought was a 'simple' job to replace the alternator turned out to be something much bigger. They could have kept me in the dark and moved me on my way, with a new, unnecessary alternator. Instead, they provided very solid advise on what to do next to repair a much bigger job beyond their capacity, including suggesting shops who could handle the job. Thank you so much to the 3 guys who helped fixed our flat tire!!! They literally saved our day 😭 it’s a Sunday so nowhere was open and they figured out how to help fix our tire so that we can make our 2.5hour drive back home. Bless you guys!!
