Helped me out in a rainstorm...windshield wiper snapped while I was on the highway and I pulled up with one wiper scraping metal on the glass. Devin walks out in the rain to fix it and helps me out with a set of new wipers and we get back on the road to catch a flight! Have been here several times and they always are professional and efficient.

$67.50 for a simple oil change. $2.50 to dispose of oil and filter on top of that. They started in unscrewing the kids to the top of my filters and I stopped them. What kind of a place is this anyway. I was in a bind. I usually have synthetic oil put in. That would have been $89 Plus $2.50. This is ludicrous.

They didnt have a way to take cash payment? I could only pay with a card they said. Hour and 15 minutes wait upon arrival. But they gave me my oil change for free! They forgot to reset my mileage tracker and I had to stop at another jiffy lube location to do it.

I have been to this location three times now. This last time I asked for an the oil change service and transmission service. Over the past two weeks I have noticed my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox louder than normal. I had my Dad take a look and there was no air filter! I paid $42.00 to buy my own air filter and install it. I go back to this location and they would only refund the $27...the cost of the air filter that they failed to instal. Not only could and possibly did do major damage to my engine, but they should have refunded ... read more
