I called yesterday and the gentleman I talked to recommended I come first thing in the morning as the emission inspections are first come, first served. I called around yesterday morning and most service centers had no openings for a week or more. I had a headlight and a fog light out on my Nissan Juke, the last time I was there they didn’t have the bulb, so I went to Auto Zone and purchased the lights then called and asked if they could install, they told me they would have to charge me labor which I was fine with. When I arrived they were eager to start the oil change but told me they would probably have to take the bumper off, which has never had to be done before, I asked them to look at the situation before they started as I wasn’t comfortable with that, the gent... read more
After getting my oil changed there, the next day I noticed water on the driver's side floorboard. When I took it in to have it checked at Plaza Tire, they found a socket attachment shoved into the drain hose from the bottom. They said whoever did the oil change, probably did it to temporarily stop water from dripping on them, and forgot to take it out. When I called Jiffy Lube, they denied it and got very defensive.
