I've been here twice, right when they were opening for the day. The first time the manager was late and two guys were just standing around. They told me it would be 40 minutes before they could get to me and there wasn't any cars there. The second time the manager passive-aggressively told us it would be 30 minutes, if we wanted to wait. It's like they don't want business. I don't know why it takes two guys to change one car's oil. Go to the 94 And 40 Jiffy Lube. The manager is much nicer and more prompt with service.
I just wanted to share that every single time I come in I am more than pleased with your service! I never feel pressured to purchase anything I am not ready for, I am almost always able to use a coupon, the technicians always hold open doors for me while I'm carrying my daughter, and I never have to wait long like you do at other places! This is by far my favorite Jiffy Lube location. I've never had a bad experience here. Thank you all so much for your outstanding customer service!
