WHAT A JOKE! What a joke! The worst customer service I have ever seen! I was treated so bad that I will never go back to another Jiffy Lube again.
I used to be a loyal customer of this particular Jiffy Lube. However during my last visit on 12-13-08 I discovered $4 -$5 worth of quarters were removed from my car during the oil changing process. Yes, the manager reimbursed the quarters, but its about violating the trust I used to have for this business. Very Long Wait, Not a good job I was very disappointed at the long wait and shotty service from this location. I have since found another Jiffy Lube that is much better. I will not go to this location again!
