Website and door both clearly state they’re open until 6 today. Pull up at 4:30, lights are off, door is locked, and one employee runs to the back as he sees me pull up. Updating your hours would’ve saved me the drive! Luckily Firestone was able to take care of me today.
Stole $10. An I phone5 n gold necklace while the did a "courtesy"clean. Didn't nobody ask them to do nothing but change oil.

Very good customer service. I never had any trouble with my car here. They always offer coupons on their website.
If you come here often you'll get a postcard in the mail with coupons for your next visit. Just stretch it a bit past your 3000 miles
While they are very nice... check to make sure they actually changed your oil filter I went there earlier this year, thought everything was great and about 2 mths after the oil change we were under the truck and low and behold I had the same oil filter that i did before i took it to this particular Jiffy Lube. So check it twice if you insist on going there!
