I was quite pleased with the friendly staff at your location in Janesville. Before my husband’s death, he took care of the car maintenance. He had bought this car for his use until his death knowing that he had really bought it for me. So I didn’t even know where the hood release was. They were able to answer my questions about the car. I had a great experience. So, I recommended my husband to go(newer car). I notice oily spots in our garage and driveway over the weekend. He works almost 2 hrs away. After work tonight he quick went there as they were closing to see if they just needed to tighten something. Itd only take 5-10 min. They turned him away sadly. poor customer service on their part. Now I have to worry about his commute again tomorrow.
Car just got oil changed I started it up made a loud rattle noise always had enough power to rev above 4K it wouldn’t budge over 2k witnessed the guy draining someone else’s oil guy started car up starting to hit the gas watching oil spray out I brought my car home read the oil dipstick not enough oil I had go buy another quart and put it in I highly recommend doing oil change yourself or someone you know or can trust to just let it drain without staring the car that’s bad for the engines and cause lifter ticks highly wouldn... read more
Over priced!! You can get better deals and work at a dealership. I went once and will not go back ever again. They stated that they vacuumed my car and it looked worse than when I brought it. They said, we don't have powerful vacuums. :(
took nearly an hour for an oil change, staff seem more concerned about complaining and their phones than getting people in and out in a timely fashion. never reset any maintenance lights. taking business elsewhere
There "Highly trained technicians" are incompetent and slobs who leave grease stains all over your vehicle.I used to like it when Tony worked there but he must of jumped off that sinking ship.

This is the second time I've gone there and they haven't done the window wash or vacuum. I'm paying a ridiculous account of money for all the extra services they do (and then mark off on your bill they completed) just to not have them done! I'll be going to Walmart for the $20 change. At least they don't charge to do a bunch of extra stuff they don't do. The techs were nice and I know it was busy, but don't say you did something you didn't do and charge me for it.
I’ve gone a few times in the last two years. They have always been kind and upfront with me about everything. Always answering my many questions! They are quick too! I have an expensive foreign car and don’t trust many people to operate on it, but jiffy lube has proven to be trustworthy and I will always come here! Thank you!
