I've been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since the beginning of the year. Ive had 3. I've had a good experience every time. They are quick to get me in, I've never had to wait. As soon as I'm in the bay, someone is there talking to me. It's a bit pricey, but for the convenience of it all, its worth it. I will always go back here until I have a bad experience and so far, it's been great. And now since I go so often, I've been getting coupons...which is even better!
I went two mornings in a row trying to get an oil change before I started work, and the same incident happened on both days. They open at 8:00a I arrived at 8:10a with no one else waiting in line for service. I sat in my car for 15mins, with no one ever acknowledging me, so I left.
