I paid over $80 for an oil change, it’s been several months since said oil change and noticed my tires were a little low.... I pull in to ask for my levels to be checked, and I am told I got the Value oil change and that I do not qualify for the free top off service... Ummm this is news to me, first I was never given an option for a value or signature oil change in the first place ever at any jiffy lube nationwide, let alone ever informed of any differences, which is extremely shady. I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lub... read more
Went here on Saturday to do an oil change & get a new air filter when home and my car was smoking called them back and told them had me bring the car back and al the told me was everything was fine I talked to a manger they told me they can't do nothing about it and I payed $75 what a rip off and the guys working there looked like they were too young
