Showed up at 3:10, Bay was empty where I was up next. Didn’t get checked in until 3:20 and service was completed 3:49. No urgency, everyone was taking their time and need process improvement. Employees were very kind. All this for just an oil change.
Fixed a previous shops mistakes during my move from San Diego. Customer service is excellent the entire team working on 7.31.25 were absolute professionals and really saved my move, couldn’t be any happier.
