Didn't check ANY fluids. Have a headlight out that was never mentioned. Didn't check any indicator lights. Radiator overflow reservoir was completely empty and radiator was low on antifreeze. Never lubed the chassis or checked the differential. Never checked the air filter. Jake D. horseplayed the entire time and was rude when I asked why NONE of the services we paid for were addressed. I recently got an oil change and even though it was freezing cold out, they went above and beyond to care for my car. They did a full inspection and told me what was in good shape and what was needed soon. Thanks guys!
