I went in for an oil change on 8/30/2025. An employee showed me my engine and air conditioning air filters and asked if I wanted replacements, and I declined. The next day I discovered that the air conditioning air filter cover had not been put back on, so I reinstalled it myself and also found that the associated air filter had been inserted upside down. When I have my next oil change I will ask the employees to not take out my air filters.
Jared was THE SHIT!! I brought my car in for a free once over because it’s been making some funny noises recently and the attention to detail that went into this check was truly amazing. We, my senior friend and I, have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years. A few weeks ago we went to the shop on 3300 South and 2000 East and received a "Price" shock. The attendant approached us asking, "How can I help you?" We're here to get an oil change - how much? Here comes the price shock --- $145.00!!! I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and have always been treated well. However, this time was an exceptional exception. I wish I could tell you his name. He has a handlebar mustache is all I can tell you. He provided the best customer service I have ever experienced - anywhere. I was treated with respect. My time was valued and he was very kind and extremely professional. Cant wait to have my oil changed again.
