I was actually impressed with the jiffy lube in Highland. It is close in the past had great customer service. Until today when the lady who was ringing me up charged me $37 more for the same service I have been doing on the same truck for the past year. I asked her why she was charging me the extra and she told me, "I've worked here for 3 years and it's always been that price."
