The assistant manager I think her name is Lily, is amazing. I had gotten an oil change a month ago and had a leak and all the oil was gone. I called just after hours in a Hail Mary attempt to see if I could get this fixed since I was leaving town the following morning. She got me in in a few minutes and went about and beyond fixing the issue and making sure I had the best options for my car possible. Ivan is a great worker
They were fast and amazing ivan did a great job the service was good quality swell.
I’m comparing this to other Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to. When we arrived we waited a while before someone came to ask what services we needed even though there was a bay unoccupied. The actual oil change was pretty smooth. But it was very clear that some of the guys were new and training and the manager was dealing with something on the phone. It seemed a little chaotic.
