I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, and after the service I realized that a brand-new perfume I had just purchased was missing from my car. This was very disappointing and completely broke my trust. I can’t say for certain what happened, but the item was there before the service and gone afterward. I hope the management takes situations like this seriously and improves accountability. My father got his oil changed here, and before the appointment he debated whether to leave his cologne in the car or take it with him. He ultimately decided to leave it because you should be able to trust the people working on your vehicle without worrying about your belongings being stolen. After the oil change, the cologne was gone. My dad reported it to the staff, and while they offered him a discount, that doesn’t make up for having personal property stolen or the lack of accountability.
