I toot my car in for an oil change and told the technician, I didn’t need to replace it cabin and engine air filters ! He removed them anyway and with Ty he top of the line synthetic oil I believe that would be 5,000 miles before the next oil change not 2000 as he told me

Completely outraged. My car was brought in a month ago for an oil filter change. We were told when we left that fluids had all been topped off. Today my car overheated because there was no antifreeze. IF it had been topped off as promised AND PAID FOR, this wouldn’t have happened. I normally check it regularly, but did not feel the need since we were told it was done. This is now the second time I have experienced this issue between two locations. I went in to this location for my vehicle inspection/registration renewal and I highly recommend you do the same. These guys are very reasonable as far as price but the service was really the awesome factor. Rusty, was the tech that had helped me, and he seemed to be having long day of training a new employee, in addition to being the first day of the month when those tags come to expire. The techs stayed easily 2 hour past the store closing time just to ensure all of the vehicles made it back to the customers that evening. ... read more

After the "20-40" minute estimate they gave me, I sat there for 60 and they still had not even taken my car back. I took my car and left. This following the previous two times using them and they breaking the handle off my dip stick. Never going to Jiffy Lube again, especially this one. TERRIBLE!

If you aren't the only person in the 10x10 waiting room, be courteous to others and leave the room if you need to talk on your phone...

Avoid this location like the plague. Slow service, the manager has an attitude. The will charge you $10 to fill out a 30 second web page for your DMV sticker. What a rip off.
