I've been to this Jiffy Lube numerous times attempting to give them my business. They are very close to my home so they would be convenient. I've gone there three times to get an oil change. Twice there have been no other cars there, but they told me it would be an hour wait. Another time the wait was 30-45 minutes. Recently I drove up to see if they could check the lug nuts on my car to make sure they were tight because I had to change a tire. They refused to do that also.
