I have been going to various jiffy lubes or other business' of this type for years. Like most people with no time or the appropriate equipment to perform these types of services on my own, I have very little choice but to trust my car to strangers. But with this particular service center, it is obvious the manager, Phill, and his crew do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant one.
