What in the world is going on over there??? I got there at 4:55pm no cars in the bay no cars or customers. The Jiffy Lube representative walks over towards my car and says “hey we’re on our mandatory lunch break, we can’t work on your car. My partner will be back from his lunch in 30 minutes” I said to the guy you’re closing at 6 why are you taking your lunch break at 5?? He reply’s back “you can go to Meineke it’s right next door or to the Jiffy Lube on Rancho” What the heck SMH 🤦♀️ people just don’t want to work!!

i stopped by for at oil change on 12/3 at 5:33pm. no consumers were there and they close at 6. Despite a sign advertising 15 min oil changes, the rep came out and told me they were closing early to do inventory. humh interesting. i wonder if the manager knows about this
