RecommendedMy first time at this Jiffy Lube, they are amazing! I had a bolt in my tire and they changed the tire out with my spare. The service was great and the young lady took care of everything ( wish I had gotten her name) She was attentive to everyone and was knowledgeable, I will be going to this location for my needs in the future. Cannot beat great service ! Most friendly one I have been to.
Good fast service I take both my vehicles there for service great staff never had a problem been doing business there for 5 years or so on Eubank location
Just had my windshield replaced at the San Mateo and Montgomery (south 1 block off San Mateo) shop and it was the Best Deal in town. The job took 40 minutes, great staff and the guarantee is amazing. I give them a 10+. I was referred by the Eubanks shop and THEY did GREAT engine, brake and front hub work a few months back. Staff is great there too.
Tried telling me my front brakes needed to be replaced. I declined the service and went to get a second opinion. Brake Masters said my front brakes were only 30-40% used and there was absolutely no need for service and/or replacement. The credibility of the technicians at this Jiffy Lube location is lost. Typical auto repair scheme of trying to get you to pay for a service that is not needed. Sleazy and unprofessional, to say the least. I wont be back and will notify others of this pathetic business practice.
I actually really like this place for many reasons & I always get good service :)
