Just left there, they broke my key and put tape on it and said it was loose so he put tape on it. Hopefully the district manager contacts me to replace my key. They even didn't put air in my tire, the air pressure warning is still lit I don't know how they missed that. I've used Jiffy Lube for years and have never experienced such a thing. If you break something of a customers please own up to it.
