I may go to another Jiffy Lube but today in extreme heat there is no A/C and they say they haven’t had any all summer. Nobody told me before we started that I would be sitting in the heat. Or how long I would be in this heat box of a waiting room. an employee is sitting on the side of the building smoking . Hope I am done soon. Oh, and the other wise nice lady called me hon. #notyourhun #respectyouroldercustomers.

The downside was that they didn't tell me the cost, I had to ask (thankfully before they started). But the guys who helped were polite.

Terrible. I went in for an oil change and left with messed up brake pads. My bf called to ask why this happened and they claimed they went nowhere near the brake pads. So then why were they fine all day until after I left this shop? Seems questionable to me. The guys seem friendly but seems like they might need better training.

Great customer service. Manager stoled item from my center counsel. Bought it directly before my oil change and nothing was touched bit the missing item. Sad.

HORRIBLE experience. It took a half hour just to find out they were charging me twice what an oil change should cost. By then I had been waiting so long, I had no choice. They only told me about the oil that Honda recommends, which is, of course, the most expensive one, and they had no cheaper alternative. Midas does. I'll be going there form now on. Not only that, a couple that got there after me was done with their oil change 15 minutes before mine was done. WHAT TOOK SO LONG?? THEY'RE BULLSHIT ARTISTS AND I WON'T EVER GO ... read more

This happened last spring, but I've retold the story multiple times and get angrier with each time. I went in for a regular oil change on my chevy cruze. I somehow ended up with nearly a $90 bill even with a coupon I brought in?! The employee was not helpful and did not care about my concern for the extreme price. I vowed that I would never return. Then a few months later I was doing my own oil change (because I wasn't going to waste my money there again!!) and as I lifted my car I noticed my rocker panels were cracked. Jiff... read more

Great price and you get $15 off oil service for early birds. They vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Told us our opinion about oil and other things. Felt very comfortable. Thanks for your work!! I'll be coming back.
